Our Day Center for the Homeless provides a safe, comfortable place for Augusta's homeless and underhoused to be in the day time. We are open at 5:30 a.m. and close at 5:p.m. when the homeless return to the night shelters. We are open 365 days a year and provide for basic needs; food, drink, bathroom, and a place to sit and rest.

We have a shower, laundry, counseling, medical screenings, and a training center. It is our goal to determine what is causing their homelessness and do whatever is within our power to remove that obstacle and place them in housing.

There were over 10,000 visit to our Day Center last year.
